is it safe to use this online, will it affect other players too?
I don’t imagine Fling would condone using the trainers online whether or not they affect other players.
But that doesn’t answer the question and wasn’t the question either. In Monster Hunter World, the cheats from the Fling Trainer also work online.
Never use trainers or cheats online while playing with or against other players in any game. They’re safe to activate but all it takes is one person reporting you to get you banned if they see you taking zero damage.
What I mean with affecting other players is if they also get e.g. unlimited health / stamina if I activate them.
In World it had no effect on other players, but I can’t say for sure whether it will be the same in Wilds. It probably won’t be…
Trainers that run in your PC will NEVER affect other players in this kind of games, that’s bc all the hp, stamina, objects, etc, are managed locally (it means on every player’s pc) but your can be flagged because the verification is server sided.
Not always true, we saw this in World with a trainer from a different well known trainer maker. It edited some things in such a way that EVERYONE would have the effects of some cheats if the HOST was using the trainer. It led to a lot of controversy across social media.

I don’t plan on playing with strangers, why should I be so stupid? Of course I use the cheats in online mode, my friends don’t care either. If you’re stupid enough to use them when playing with strangers, then it’s your own fault.
I wasn’t trying to answer the question as it’s a question that shouldn’t be asked. Let’s not try and ruin a good thing we have here with Capcom not adding anticheat. With how many people I’ve seen about cheaters online in World and Rise I was almost surprised that this game came out without anything.
Then play without cheats if you don’t want to use them and don’t tell others what to do. The cheats have no effect on others, I’ve already tested that. Everyone can have their own individual experience, why shouldn’t I play with endless HP if others aren’t affected by it? My friends don’t mind and I don’t plan on playing with complete strangers.

I read Alan Wake 2 trainer needs some update, but I’ll wait until they have fully fixed the game with a couple of more patches down the road before starting the game on my end.

One of the main reasons I “ALWAYS” will check Fling 1st. No BS. No attempt at scamming. Just access to mods and trainers at an expedited rate. Love it!
